Start in the mountains, ride through jungle back trails toward sea level, and finish at one of our favorite beachside spots for cold beverages and barbecue lobster overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
 

Ride Into the Mountains
 

Start your ATV and head into the mountains of Guanacaste, exploring the rugged landscapes overlooking Costa Rica's spectacular Pacific coastline. From above, take in beautiful views across the Gold Coast and its beaches before continuing down toward the ocean.

It's a chance to see Guanacaste's coastline from two completely different perspectives—first from the mountains and later with your feet in the sand.
 

Follow the Jungle Trails Toward the Pacific
 

Continue along mountain and jungle back trails as you make your way down toward sea level.

The route passes through natural habitats where some of Costa Rica's famous wildlife can be found, so keep your eyes on the surrounding landscape as you ride.

As the elevation changes, so does the scenery, eventually bringing you from the mountains toward the coast.
 

Cool Off by the Beach
 

Once you reach the beach trails, continue toward one of our favorite local watering holes.

Get off the ATV, put your feet in the sand and take some time to cool off and relax with a beverage beside the Pacific. After the ride through the mountains and jungle, this is your chance to slow things down.

Barbecue Lobster by the Pacific
 

Then comes the reward.

Enjoy barbecue lobster by the beach while watching the waves roll in along Guanacaste's Pacific coast. Take your time, recharge and enjoy the setting before it's time to climb back onto your ATV.
 

Ride Back
 

With the adventure behind you and your stomach full, get back on your ATV for a more casual ride to the starting point.
