Leave the busy coastal roads behind and discover a different side of Guanacaste on your own private ATV adventure, choosing between a scenic Beach Route or Mountain Route.
This approximately 2-hour guided tour is reserved exclusively for your group, with a minimum of 6 ATVs required. With your own guide leading the way, you'll explore Guanacaste's backroads, countryside and tropical landscapes on the route you choose.
Choose the Mountain Route
Head into the Guanacaste countryside along winding mountain roads and back trails, climbing to elevations of approximately 1,200 feet.
As you gain elevation, stop to take in impressive views stretching toward the Pacific coast before continuing through the mountains.
Along the way, you'll travel through rural landscapes, pass cantaloupe farms and centuries-old country farmhouses, and experience a side of Guanacaste that's very different from its coastal resorts.
Keep your eyes on the surrounding forest and countryside. Tropical birds, butterflies, monkeys and other wildlife may occasionally be spotted during the ride.
Visit during the rainy season from June through October, and seasonal waterfalls may also appear along the mountain routes.

Important Beach Route Information
ATVs are no longer permitted to ride directly on the beach or sand. Our Beach Route travels along scenic backroads and permitted trails near the coastline, offering beautiful views of Guanacaste's beaches and the Pacific Ocean without riding on the sand.
ARRIVAL & ATV SAFETY BRIEFING

You'll receive the required ATV safety equipment and instructions before heading onto the trails.
